Just before leaving for Tahoe for the weekend, I accidentally hit the switch on the power strip that the mirandapod server was connected to. On trying to reboot, the main hard drive appeared to be completely dead. I think the mirandapod gallery database is on a separate drive, but I'm tempted to just reupload the mirandapod photos to Flickr or some such, rather than continuing to run my own server. In any case, the gallery will be down for awhile until I get some time to figure out how to salvage it.
